We were responsible for conditions assessment of three shipping docks and developing rehabilitation designs and project scope. Our responsibilities were further expanded to assist with the tendering process and construction supervision & contract administration.

Interior Design Features: Harmonizing Modernity and Nature
Verdant's interior design for the Urban Oasis Loft focused on harmonizing modern elements with natural textures and greenery. Large windows were strategically utilized to invite natural light, while indoor plants and organic materials brought a touch of nature into every corner. The color palette, inspired by earthy tones, enhanced the sense of serenity and sophistication.

Efficient space planning was at the core of Verdant's approach. Every corner of the Urban Oasis Loft was meticulously designed to maximize functionality without compromising on comfort. Custom furnishings and innovative storage solutions were incorporated to create a spacious and organized environment.
