Heritage Haven, a majestic mansion nestled in the heart of Oldtown, stood as a testament to a bygone era's architectural splendor. The Preservation Society for Architectural Heritage embarked on a mission to restore and revive this historical gem. Verdant took on the challenge of breathing new life into Heritage Haven while preserving its unique charm and historical significance.
Assessment and Planning: Unveiling the Past
Before the restoration process began, our team conducted a thorough assessment of Heritage Haven. This involved archival research, structural analysis, and collaboration with historical experts to uncover the mansion's original features and architectural details. The preservation plan aimed to retain the essence of the past while ensuring the mansion met modern safety and functional standards.
Exterior Restoration: Reviving Grandeur
The mansion's exterior, adorned with ornate stonework and Victorian-era detailing, underwent meticulous restoration. The crumbling facades were carefully repaired, and missing architectural elements were recreated to match the original design. The color palette was chosen to align with historical documentation, bringing back the grandeur that Heritage Haven once exuded.
Interior Rehabilitation: Blending Eras
